And that experience starts with event registration. We started Good Ga.me out of our frustration with existing event registration solutions and their complex software, unfriendly account representatives, inaccurate accounting, and ugly registration forms.

Thus, we designed a registration experience that helps organizers focus on their events, not worry about arcane technical details.

Free Registration Customization

We believe in being flexible, which is why we work with each event organizer to help them craft their registration experience. We work with you to help build a smooth registration experience, from explanatory text, to custom form fields and click through waivers.

Additionally each registration can have a custom banner across the top to emphasize your marketing message. For a limited time we are also offering free artwork assistance with the banner, a $150 value!

All registrations on Good Ga.me also include our helpful error message technology which displays problems with a customerʼs form right above the troubled form element, eliminating distant and confusing error messages.

Online Access to Participant Data

After you have your event registration process setup with Good Ga.me, we make it easy for you to see who has registered for your event. Each event has an independently customizable listing of user information. You have the option of getting an email after each participant has registered.

We believe that your event data is yours and should be readily accessible and useful. This is why we give you a one click option to email all of those registered for your event.

You can click on a participant to see detailed information about that participant's registration or edit their information in case you need to update their status. You can also export all of the registration information for each event into a spreadsheet, letting you perform a variety of data analysis.

If you are looking for a particular participant but only remember some of their information we have a search interface designed to help you, even if you misspell their name.

Financial Reporting

At Good Ga.me our commitment to easy to understand information does not stop with participant data. We provide accurate, up to the minute information on the financial status of your event. You can view the data on our web page or export it to a spreadsheet.

You can see the financial history of your event, including refunds. You can even inspect every order, including all of the steps taken while processing the order. If you need to issue a refund we provide a simple interface for that as well.

Credit Card Processing and PCI Compliance

The world of credit card processing can be intimidating, confusing, and error prone. We help guide you through all the steps necessary for accepting payments online. Good Ga.me works with you to help ensure you understand the nuances of credit card refunds and the best way to handle chargeback requests.
